Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our sports betting platform (the "Service"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using the Service.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Access may be suspended pending verification.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts at our discretion.

3. General Betting Rules

• All bets are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as set out in these Terms.
• A bet is only confirmed and accepted once you receive an explicit bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion before acceptance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any market, our decision — based on official sources — is final.
• We reserve the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"). In such cases, stakes are returned.
• Minimum stake per selection: as shown in the betslip at time of placement.
• Maximum stake & maximum payout per bet / per day may apply and are set at our discretion. We reserve the right to reduce maximum limits for individual accounts.
• Only one bet selection per game/event is permitted per betslip. Attempting to add a second selection from the same event will replace the first.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where stated below (void rules).

4. Betslip Rules

The following rules apply to all bet types offered on the Service:

4.1 Singles

• A single bet consists of one selection in one event.
• The bet wins if the selection is correct. If the selection is wrong or the event is voided, the stake is returned.

4.2 Accumulators (Parlays / Multiples)

• An accumulator consists of two or more selections across different events. All selections must win for the bet to pay out.
• If any selection in an accumulator loses, the entire bet is lost.
• If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided (e.g. event cancelled), those selections are removed and the accumulator is recalculated at reduced odds. An accumulator reduced to a single selection pays out as a single.
• Maximum number of selections per accumulator: 20 legs.
• Selections from the same event may not be combined in the same accumulator where the outcomes are related or correlated.

4.3 Odds

• Odds are displayed in decimal format (e.g. 2.50 = return of 2.50× stake including stake).
• For accumulators, the total odds are the product of all individual selection odds.
• Odds are correct at the time of placement and are locked in once the bet is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") and void affected bets.

4.4 Bet Confirmation & Receipt

• Every accepted bet will be assigned a unique bet ID / reference number.
• You can review all placed bets in the My Bets section of the Service.
• If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet should be treated as unconfirmed. Do not assume acceptance.

5. Void & Cancelled Bets

A bet or selection is declared void (stake returned) in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is reached.
• The event does not take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• A walkover is awarded (e.g. one team/player withdraws without competing).
• The result is altered retrospectively after settlement in a way that changes the outcome (e.g. points deduction, disqualification). We will re-settle affected bets promptly.
• An obvious pricing error is identified by our risk team before or after settlement.
• The bet was placed on a suspended or closed market due to a system error. If accepted in error, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Dead heat rule: where two or more participants tie for a position, the payout is divided proportionally between the tied outcomes.

Void selections in accumulators are removed and odds recalculated (see Section 4.2). Partial voids on a single result in a full void of that selection.

6. In-Play (Live) Betting Rules

• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• We may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice — for example, following a goal, red card, injury stoppage, or other significant event.
• If a bet is placed and confirmed after a key event that was not yet reflected in the odds (e.g. a goal scored in the delay), we reserve the right to void that bet at our discretion.
• Odds during live betting may be marked "Under Offer" or "Subject to Change" — these indicate prices may be revised before confirmation.
• In-play bets on a market that has already been decided (e.g. winner already certain) may be voided.
• Live score displays on the Service are for information only and may be subject to delay. They do not constitute official match data.

7. Settlement & Results

• All markets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (e.g. FIFA, UEFA, national leagues).
• Football: all markets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation play (plus injury time), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Extra time, golden goal periods, and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market specifies it.
• Half-time markets: settled on the result at the end of the first 45 minutes only.
• Corners, cards, and other stat markets: must reach the completion of 90 minutes (plus stoppage time) for bets to stand, unless the outcome is already determined and cannot change.
• Next goal scorer – Own goals: own goals do not count. If an own goal is scored, the "next goal scorer" market is reset to the next goal.
• Settlement may be provisional pending official confirmation. Results may be revised if an official correction is issued within 72 hours of initial settlement.
• In the event of a score update error in our system, official data sources take precedence.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following settlement. We aim to settle all markets within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.

8. Deposits, Withdrawals & Balance

• Account balances shown are for use within the Service only and do not represent financial instruments.
• We reserve the right to adjust balances in the event of technical errors, incorrect payouts, or fraudulent activity.
• Funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

9. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, please seek help:

• Set deposit, loss, or session time limits on your account.
• Use the self-exclusion option to restrict access to your account.
• Contact organisations such as BeGambleAware or Gambling Therapy.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Any form of arbitrage, bonus abuse, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Service.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on the Service is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings, or interruption of service due to technical failures.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
